Peter:- Not much as am busy with work, but I have started exercising.
John:-  Ohh, are you trying to get in shape?
Peter:- Not really as I am quite trim at the moment, I just want to improve my health.
John:-  Yes, that is a good idea I need too as well. What are you doing?
Peter:- I am going to the gym and do weights and running on the treadmill.
John:-  I also think that I need to eat better, it will also help me keep in shape.
Peter:- Did you know that sleep is good for your health. I have heard that people who sleep on average of eight hours a day will have less health problems.
John:-  That's is good there are a lot of things we can do to stay healthy.
Peter:- Yes. But It will be worth it in the long run. When you get old,it is important to be healthy and active.

A conversation about a man who has just become a father

John:- Hi, Peter has your wife give birth yet?
Peter:- Yes. She is so beautiful she had a healthy beautiful girl.
John:-  Congratulations I am so pleased for you. How's your wife and new baby doing?
Peter:-  She's OK but tired, but getting a lot of rest now.
John:-  That's good news.
Peter:- We are both pleased that there were no complications.
John:-  Well It's been nearly a month, and I don't sleep that well.
Peter:-  That is quite normal for someone with a newborn baby.
John:- Yeah, believe me it is so hard. I go to work, then I go home and help take care of my baby give my wife a rest. I hope that I don't get sick.
Peter:-  You will be fine soon everything will sort it self out the the baby will sleep through the night, and you will be able to regain your health.
John:- Thanks for the advice. I will make sure that my wife and new baby all stay healthy.

General conversation between old friends

John:-  Hello peter, I haven't seen your brother in almost ten years. What's he doing with himself?
Peter:- He's not doing anything at the moment he's not doing too well.
John:-  I am so sorry to hear that what's the matter with him?
Peter:- Well about six years ago, he started to complain that he was weak all the time.
John:-  So what is it due to? Old age or is he sick.
Peter:- I think it is a mixture of both. We have been to many doctor's and they can't find anything wrong with him. He thinks it is because when he was younger he didn't take care of himself.
John:-  That makes a lot of sense. I have always tried to live a healthy lifestyle since I was young.
Peter:- That's what my brother tells me now every time I see him.
John:-  Well, please tell him I was asking about him and he starts feeling better.
Peter:- Thanks John. I'll pass on your regards to him when I see him next.
